Terms of use

To use this website you need to be willing to agree to the following;

• You must be a member of Fluteiwse.
• Flutewise membership is open to anyone with an interest in the flute.
• To join you must complete all fields in this form* and pay the appropriate fee (payment can be made by Google Wallet or cheque by post* only).
• Once you sign up you will need to create a user name and password.
• If you are under 16 you must get permission from your parent/guardian to join.
• You must make sure that you are happy that any information you put on your profile page is OK to be seen by all Flutewise members.
• You must not let anyone other than your parents/guardian have access to your profile page (you don’t want other people to change things!)
• You must always treat all Flutewise members with respect.
• You must have fun and enjoy playing your flute!
• Your password must not be shared with anyone else
• Flutewise reserves the right to block access to anyone not agreeing and abiding by these terms.

*If you do not wish to use Google Wallet, you are welcome to send a cheque for £5 made payable to Flutewise with the following information - full name, address, email, telephone number, date of birth, playing standard and name of flute teacher to Flutewise, 8/9 Beaconsfield Road, Portslade by Sea, East Sussex BN41 1XA
