GarethDavies_PrincipalFluteGareth Davies, our Flutewise Artist of the Year and Principal Flute of the LSO, will be headlining this fantastic event. He will be joined by Rachel Leach, Louise Matthew, Abbie Burrows, Gareth McLearnon, John Alley (piano) and others.

There will be the opportunity to take part in a creative workshop, hear great tips on how to excel in your next exam, join in a fantastic playalong, rehearse and perform two brand new flute choir pieces especially written for this event, go shopping at the travelling music shops and meet loads of flute friends old and new. You will also be highly entertained by a variation on Abbie Burrow's excellent 'Wrong Concert' - this time we are having 'The Wrong Exam'! This performance by some of our greatest professional musicians will have you falling off your seat with laughter. It has been described as a musical educational pantomime, something that can't be missed!

There will also be an evening concert starting at 18.00 with Gareth Davies and friends. If you come along to the afternoon event, YOU can play in the concert. The two new flute choir pieces will be included in the programme. More programme details will follow soon.
